dBpowerAMP CD Writer (dCW)

I found myself needing a program on Windows XP to make use of the flac files used by the legal concert taping community. I would normally do this on a different operating system (Ubuntu linux). I had tested dBpowerAMP Music Converter before and liked how easy and convenient it was to add different codec support to dBpowerAMP Music Converter. When I went to download the newest version I found dBpowerAMP CD Writer .



 

dBpowerAMP CD Writer has nice integration with the company's Codec Central. Codec Central is one of the strongest benefits of the dBpowerAMP products. It makes it very easy to add support for different audio file formats. dBpowerAMP CD Writer even will install automatically the needed codec on the fly or bring up a browser window for you to simply download with one click. I've stayed away from these type of burners and relied on more general cd burners in the past but my experience with dBpowerAMP CD Writer has been so positive, that I wonder how it compares to other similar products. But if I keep using Windows XP I'll gladly pay the $24.95 registration fee for dBpowerAMP CD Writer.
